not have a balanced diet, you can’t achieve weight loss. Your meals must be
rich in fruits, vegetables, grains, and lean meats.

Not Skip Meals:
Whatever
you do, don’t skip meals. Dieting has nothing to do with skipping meals,
especially breakfast, this is one of the most important meals of the day as it
jump starts your metabolism. Skipping meals will give your body the urge for
some nasty cravings. Also eating 6 small meals compared to 3 big ones will help
you fight the in between meal cravings.
