Chosing The Right Diet Plan For Weight Loss

Losing belly-fat and making sure that some inches are off the waistline is SO important to both your health and physical beauty. For this to be achieved, a good fat-BURNING diet must be in place.  So many people make the big mistake of forcing themselves to a weight loss routine diet plan that they can HARDLY tolerate and end up quitting along the way. So, if you really want to achieve your goal of losing weight, choose a DIET PLAN that you not only can stick to with ease but one that you actually enjoy as well. Visit ==> Fast Weight Loss for details.

If from day one, your ‘meal plan’ feels like torture, you will NOT follow it...PERIOD. Ideally you should be excited about the foods that you’re eating and the diet should leave you feeling better not worse, if you know what I mean.

More On Controlling Blood Sugar Level

Few days ago, I posted on this blog on WHY you need to learn how to control your blood sugar level if you want to lose fat from "special" areas of your body! And this has a LOT to do with eating carbohydrate foods, which is WHAT our Nigerian foods and recipes are mainly made up of. Now I’m not saying carbohydrate is bad itself, there are just different kinds of carbs, the good and bad ones. The good carbs are called fibrous carbs and the bad ones are the simple carbs of which our "9ja" foods are mainly made with.

In order to lose belly fat and get rid of excess body fat, you need to KNOW how to keep INSULIN working for you and not against you. When you eat a bowl of pasta, chunk of bread, white rice or ‘swallow’, it gets broken down quickly into sugar. This causes your blood sugar level to rise. When this happens, your body then produces the hormone INSULIN to remove the excess sugar. Insulin is a TWO-FACED hormone which acts a GOOD guy one minute then switches into your WORST nightmare in terms of losing belly-fat and weight loss.

Insulin’s job is to reduce the blood sugar level in your body and it does this in two ways:

How To Drop 10KG In 4 Weeks

Step 1:  Write It Down

So, you are all pumped up to "Start NOW and Lose weight". Firstly, you MUST do what most people don’t do that leads to failure in seeking weight loss.

What do they NOT do?

They do NOT write out their goals on paper!

It’s funny how many avoid and fight this extremely SIMPLE strategy to making their promises to themselves STICK. Not only do I tell you to list out what it is you wish to change (to be, do, have) even more important are the REASONS WHY.

So if you are ready to achieve your goals start with this simple strategy:
a)      WRITE down how many inches you want to lose from your belly and waist line
b)      Next, WRITE down how many KG you want to drop in 3 months time
c)       WRITE down how many KG you want to DROP altogether!
d)      WRITE out just FIVE reasons why you want to drop the weight!

Step 2:  Find The Perfect Program And Get Started ASAP

My highest recommendation for you is the *LIVE* 25-Day Fast Weight Loss Diet!
It is designed by Nigerian’s No.1 Weight Loss and Fitness expert, Dr. Ela Maris.

See details and how to get yours ==> here

Step 3:  You CAN’T Do One Without The Other (So Stop Trying)

Ninety-nine percent of people fail miserably in trying to lose weight – REASON – they are missing ONE of the two critical fat loss ingredients - EITHER diet or exercise. Perhaps you’ve gone on a diet before...you reduced your food intake, you ate "healthier" foods, but you did NOT add an intense exercise program to it.

Secret To Losing Weight Fast

The secret of losing weight is changing your diet, this is a step that so many people who are seeking weight loss find hard to take, but you must if you are serious about losing that belly-fat. In Nigeria, there are so any local foods that can be used to lose weight. The Loyola University Health System conducted a study on Obesity in September 2008, in that publication, it was revealed that most Nigerian women weighed 55 pounds less than most Chicago women, notwithstanding the fact that both parties burned the same amount of calories daily. Researchers believe that this is as a result of most Nigerian foods containing unprocessed ingredients.

Keep Close Watch on Your Calorie Intake
This simply means you have to watch what you take in; healthy meals does not warrant weight loss. If your meals contain high level of calories, you will still be gaining weight even though you are eating healthy. The size of your intake matters a lot to what happens to your body, instead of consuming that heavily packed meal served before you in most Nigerian restaurant, why not tell them exactly the portion required by your body, the rest could be reserved for a later time.

Do Juice Recipes Work For Weight Loss?

Can you use juice recipes for weight loss? Yes, in the short term but you would not want to rely on juices for the rest of your life. If you need to lose a few kg in a hurry going on a juice fast may be the answer. You can lose as much as three or four kg in the first couple of days. Beware though that a lot of the weight you are losing is excess water and therefore it is not sustainable. For a long lasting way to lose weight, visit => here.

Weight loss gradually drops off to about 1kg a day. Going on a juice diet is very similar to going on a detox plan. Instead of eating lots of raw fruit and vegetables, you are going to be drinking their juices. The idea is that you still get lots of vitamins and minerals whilst losing weight. But recent studies have shown that as sugar is concentrated in fruit and to a lesser extent vegetable juices, you would actually be better eating the whole fruit or vegetable.
