loss. Mainly, healthy weight loss is on calorie intake, but it also involves
the circulation of the various calories throughout the day. More importantly is
the fact that you may need to contact your doctor before embarking on any form
of weight loss, this is because you need to be sure of your health condition
before commencing on weight loss, there are some health situation that will not
permit weight loss.
2. No Gain without Pain
Of
course nothing good comes easy, we all say, so you will truly have to give up
some certain foods to attain your weight loss goal. Do not mistake this for
starving, it is never part of weight loss program, what you need is restrictive
eating instead, and do not forget that the diet plan you chose must be such
that you will be able to maintain all your life.
3. Take It or Leave It
Exercise
is not a pleasant chores for some people, and if you are one of these people
then you have to work on your attitude towards exercise. Unknowingly you do a
lot of exercise on daily basis such as beach workout, shopping, playing with
the kids and oh yes, sex is still one form of exercise. When you get involve with
one of these activities, you burn of excess calories while having fun.
